Cancellation Policy

Holiday apartments

Booked holiday apartments can no longer be canceled free of charge.
After reservation, a deposit of 20% of the room rate (& possibly Garage costs). We ask that the remaining amount be transferred up to 4 weeks before arrival.

up to 60 days before arrival:

20% of the travel price

59 to 30 days before arrival:

50% of the travel price

from 29 days before arrival:

80% of the travel price

from 7 days before arrival and in case of trip interruption

100% of the travel price

In addition, we charge a one-off processing fee of € 60.00 in the event of cancellation.

Hotel

Bookings can be canceled free of charge as follows:

10.02. – 26.02.23

up to 1 day before arrival at 6:00 p.m.

26.02. – 30.04.23

up to 7 days before arrival

30.04. – 03.10.23

up to 14 days before arrival

03.10. – 01.11.23

up to 7 days before arrival

01.11. – 21.12.23

up to 1 day before arrival at 6:00 p.m.

21.12. – 02.01.24

up to 21 days before arrival

Thereafter, in the event of cancellation or no-show, we charge 80% of the amount for each day that is not rented again Room rate.
