03 – 2 Rooms – Promenade

Our 2-rooms apartment with approximately 42.55 sqm of living space is located on the 2nd floor of the building, facing the Kurpromenade. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 people and includes a living room and a separate bedroom. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa and armchair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV with radio, a DVD player, a sound system, a dining table for 4 people, and access to the balcony with furniture. The bedroom, with a double bed and a small chest of drawers, is adjacent to a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer. A small, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster completes the amenities. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is included, as well as free Wi-Fi access, subject to availability.
