Our 2-rooms apartment with approximately 40.71 sqm of living space is located on the 3rd floor of the building, facing the park side. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (the sofa bed in the living room serves as a sleeping option for the 3rd person). The apartment includes a living room and a separate bedroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV with radio, a dining area for 4 people, and access to the balcony with furniture. The bedroom features a double bed and a small chest of drawers. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A small, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, ceramic stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine completes the amenities. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is included. Depending on availability, free Wi-Fi usage is available. Dogs are welcome in this apartment.
