16 – 2 Rooms– Park side

Our 2-room apartment with approximately 51.27 sqm of living space is located on the 2nd floor of the building, facing the park side. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (the sofa bed in the living room serves as a sleeping option for the 3rd and 4th person). It offers a living room and a separate bedroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV with radio, a stereo system, a dining area for 4 people, and access to the balcony with furniture. The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. A small, fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine completes the amenities. Depending on availability, free Wi-Fi usage is included. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is not included but can be added for a fee of €15.00 per person per day.
