Our 2-rooms apartment with approximately 53.80 sqm of living space is located on the 3rd floor of the building, facing the garden side. It offers a living room and a separate bedroom. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The living room is equipped with a leather corner sofa (can be used as a sofa bed), a dining area for 4 people, a flat-screen TV with radio, and access to the balcony with furniture. The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer. A small, fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine completes the apartment. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is included, and Wi-Fi usage is free of charge.
